Professional audio mixing and mastering services with industry-standard quality and professional turnaround times.

Technical Specifications

  • Format: WAV (uncompressed)
  • Bit Depth: 24-bit
  • Sample Rate: 44,100 Hz OR 48,000 Hz
  • Quality: No clipping or distortion

Required Information

You must specify:

  • Tempo (BPM) - Exact beats per minute
  • Musical Key/Scale - e.g., D Major, A Minor
  • Root Note - Base note of your song

Turnaround & Delivery

Standard Turnaround: 48 to 72 Hours

Premium Rush Option: 24 Hours (+$100)

  • Standard: 48 to 72 hours from receipt of files
  • Premium Rush: 24 hours from receipt of files (+$100 fee)

Payment Terms

  • Client must pay 50% of the total price once the service has been accepted.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the work and before final files are released.
  • Final files will be delivered after full payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

If the customer cancels the work after 24 hours of the first payment, the service provider (Ridibeatz) will retain 20% of the initial payment to cover time-management fees.

Revision & Review Policy

Initial Review: You have 24 hours from delivery to review the file.

Revision Rounds Included: Maximum 2 revision rounds - no exceptions.

  • Request revisions within 24 hours of delivery
  • Specify exact changes needed (e.g., "reduce vocals by 2dB", "boost bass presence")
  • Each revision takes 48 to 72 hours
  • Additional revisions beyond 2 rounds require additional payment

Quality Guarantee

All deliverables include:

  • Professional mixing with EQ, compression, and effects
  • Mastering optimized for all streaming platforms
  • Platform-specific loudness optimization (LUFS -14 to -6)
  • Quality assurance before delivery

Client Responsibilities

By submitting files, you confirm:

  • You own or have permission to use all submitted audio
  • Files do not infringe on any third-party copyright
  • All technical information provided is accurate
